An impact crusher is a type of crushing machinery that utilizes impact energy to break materials. Impact crushers are widely applied in highway construction, water conservancy projects, and building stone processing due to their excellent performance and reliability.
Its working principle involves stones directly falling from the upper part of the machine into a high-speed rotating rotor. Under the effect of high-speed centrifugal force, they collide at high velocity with another part of the stones that are分流 around the rotor in an umbrella-like pattern, resulting in high-density crushing. After mutual impact, the stones form a vortex motion between the rotor and the casing, leading to repeated mutual strikes, friction, and crushing, eventually discharging from the lower part.
